This is by far the best dental practice experience I have ever had—from the moment I made my appointment to the very end! I actually stumbled upon this practice because the Cigna app directed me to a provider associated with this phone number. That provider wasn’t actually with the practice, but I decided to look through the profiles and reviews of the providers who were. I have to say, the reviews were absolutely spot-on, especially when it came to the service and Dr. Modi. What stood out to me most is that this is a practice that genuinely puts the health of your mouth first and foremost, before cosmetics, and I truly appreciate that. Dr. Modi thoroughly explained the “why” and “how” behind everything regarding dental health as well as what she recommended, which showed me that she is genuinely passionate about dental health and about making sure her patients understand their care. I also never felt like the focus was on money, which unfortunately can be a concern with a lot of dental practices. Dr. Modi did not base her recommendations on what would be the most expensive option or what would generate the most money. Everything was centered around what was actually the best treatment option for me. That level of honesty and patient-centered care meant a lot to me. From the dental assistant, JQ, to Dr. Modi and even Christian, who helped with the financial options, everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and caring. The staff genuinely seem to care just as much as the providers do, and it’s clear that they have built a great team. They were incredibly thorough and never rushed me through the process. They took the time to make sure I understood everything that was planned for me, and they also helped ease some of the stress that can come with the financial side of dental care. I can honestly say they have gained a patient for life. No matter what side of town I live on, I will make the trip to Cypress to continue receiving care here. I wish more dental practices operated this way. At the end of the day, dental care is healthcare, and based on my experience, this practice truly understands that. This is more than just a business—it’s a team of people who genuinely care about their patients’ dental health, needs, and overall experience. I’m incredibly grateful I found them!.

My kids and I recently moved here and I am so happy with this dentistry office. All of the staff were very friendly. They did a wonderful job and were patient with my autistic 10 year old. Happy with the dentists, and good vibes all around.
