After negative experiences at two different dentist office I’ve had severe anxiety for years about going to the dentist. My husband has been going to Cypress Dental Practice for a year and has talked so positively about them that I took the risk and booked an appointment. During my appointment I never felt judged by my lack of dental care for the last few years and everyone I came into contact with at the office was very welcoming and friendly. Alex, the tech I worked with explained everything he was doing and was so sensitive about my anxiety. Dr. Vaseghi was amazing with his kind directness, knowledge and how attentively he listened to me. He was clear on what needed to be worked on but compassionate about my feelings and finances. Karen worked her magic to make my treatment plan affordable and fit appointments into my schedule. All three individuals went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and I left feeling empowered and in control of my own dental care.
